Helen is a Partner in Pantheon’s European Investment Team and lead manager for the firm’s listed global private equity investment trust, Pantheon International Plc. She is one of Pantheon’s longest-tenured Investment Partners and plays a key role across a wide range of the firm’s activities, including as a member of the committee that oversees all of Pantheon’s global investment activity.

Helen is one of the most prominent investment professionals in European private equity, with a career spanning more than three decades, and is also a determined champion of diversity. She is a founder of Level 20, the non-profit organisation created to encourage more women to enter and succeed in the sector, while in 2022 she was appointed as a member of the UK Government’s Taskforce on Women-Led High Growth Enterprises.
