The finance industry is finally making progress on gender balance in the workplace. However, 20% representation of women on executive committees and 23% on boards is not enough. There is still a long way to go to create an industry where women have equal access to opportunities and career growth.
As a leading financial publication, it is Finance Monthly’s duty to recognise the struggles female professionals have to deal with and to celebrate their successes and achievements.
