President and CEO Marsh Canada Limited Risk Management Adviser of the Year Robson Sarah About Sarah Robson Sarah was appointed as the President & CEO of Marsh Canada Limited, effective June 1, 2018. Marsh Canada has 13 offices across Canada, and over 1000 colleagues. Prior to her current role, Sarah was based in NY and managed the overall Marsh relationship with AIG on a global basis. Sarah managed relationships across AIG at the senior executive level and worked to find appropriate solutions for Marsh’s clients’ continuously changing needs. Sarah has deep experience in Financial Lines & Specialties having led the Specialty Practices in Canada, acted as NY Metro Practice Leader for FINPRO (the Financial & Professional Services division), and established the FINPRO Practice in Canada. A passionate student of governance & Directors & Officers Liability issues, Sarah is a graduate of the Directors’ Education Program at the Rotman School of Management, sponsored by the Institute of Corporate Directors, at the University of Toronto. She designed and facilitated the module on D&O Insurance & Indemnification at Rotman for 9 years. Sarah has been in the insurance industry for over 30 years and has experience as both a broker and an underwriter. In addition to her 25 years of experience at Marsh in both Canada and the US, Sarah held senior positions with Liberty International Underwriters, where she had the overall underwriting responsibility for Specialty Casualty product lines in Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
